"I called CWA to inspect our furnace before winter. Mike our technician was very knowledgeable and during his inspection found a bad igniter. I scheduled a replacement in two weeks as we went on vacation. This past Friday (11/5/21), Evan arrived with the part and replaced it in an efficient manner. Both times the technicians were on time and wore booties into our home. We will definitely use CWA again for our HVAC needs."

"Zac was amazing!! He had the time in his schedule, and was able to arrive about 3 hours yesterday afternoon after first talking with him. The furnace was not working, and the outside temperature was about to dip into the teens this morning, so I was in crisis mode! Thankfully, what needed fixed could be safely bypassed (the igniter), and Zac was able to turn the furnace on for one cycle. With the temperature temporarily set to 80, it was still 61 in the house (furnace turned off sometime very early this morning). Zac arrived early this morning with part in hand. Furnace is now fixed, right before a snow storm is about to arrive tomorrow. Whew!
