"We just experienced the worst leaking weâ ve had in years. We always get a handyman to come and fix it. Every year it gets worse and worse but who wants to pay for a new roof when you think you cam just fix it every year. Enough was enough, it was 2AM and our leak was so bad it tripped the electrical circuit as it was leaking in our bedroom from two ceiling through the recess lighting. Adam was the only emergency service and answered his guys came with the new QuickTime covered entire roof and came back to take off the tarp. After everything was dry Adam gave us a quick analysis and got to the job straight away. We have replaced the leaking section and happy to say we shall experience no more leaking."

Much attention to detail and doing extra small painting details. Comfortable with this team every day walking around our home daily for a month and a week. They were very gracious and always asked if we liked their work. And we told them it is great. We reviewed their work by a walk around and I even got on a ladder to closely inspect the work. Mario is the owner and is very young owner and his foreman William and team members : Julio, expertise highly skilled carpenter, beautiful craftsmanship of fascia replacement and wood window frame detail repairs, Rodrigo, Kevin, Timmy and Gaspar were all so hard working."

"SAMUEL GOROSTIETA was the first to call about the job I needed done and was over to view the problem within 30 min.s After 2 weeks of trying to find a local handyman, none of witch would even come by to view the problem, this was a high mark for Sam. The metter box cover had fallen off, and after only 30 years. I saw the surface problem, Sam saw the real problems, entire unit holding it in place needed to be replaced...he was right. He explained what needed to be done, offered a price, witch I thought was fair and we agreed he would do the job the next day. He was here on time the following morning. Set up his tools and went right to work. Removed all old frame and replaced or repaired ALL that needed to be done. He worked diligently and by the end of the day all work was completed and I am very pleased with the results. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with.
