This was a tile reset from h***. 1) The sales person lied about what the company would do to fix my sagging eves, wavy roof, and rafter tails. They priced the contract high and put none of the work in so I got taken advantage of. Additionally, only during the job did they tell me they can not and will not do structural or rafter work. I was outright lied to. 2) The owner tried to oversell OSB board 10 sheets, then the team took six boards off the site. He tried to bill me for all the boards, but I had security footage showing the theft. He could not produce any shipping or purchase receipt to show more than 10 boards came to the property. 3) They have a dubious discount for married couples which I think is illegal. Upfront they ask probing demographic questions just to schedule an inspection, being their company name is "Amen" in reverse, I believe this to be a customer selection process to exclude people they may not prefer. They threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review.

We just experienced the worst leaking weâ ve had in years. We always get a handyman to come and fix it. Every year it gets worse and worse but who wants to pay for a new roof when you think you cam just fix it every year. Enough was enough, it was 2AM and our leak was so bad it tripped the electrical circuit as it was leaking in our bedroom from two ceiling through the recess lighting. Adam was the only emergency service and answered his guys came with the new QuickTime covered entire roof and came back to take off the tarp. After everything was dry Adam gave us a quick analysis and got to the job straight away. We have replaced the leaking section and happy to say we shall experience no more leaking.

All I can say is Iâ m very impressed, Adam did a great job. We really enjoyed how professional and friendly his crews are. We have 2 new puppies that love to run around the back of the house everyday and it was very important that no nails would be lying around the garden as this could be very dangerous for our new puppies. Just as promised the guys would clean up after every day making sure no nails would pose a threat to our little pups. We highly recommend Adam.

I found them because my brother flips a lot of houses and recommend Adam at NEMA Roofing. We actually had a leak in the roof and called Adamâ s emergency service to come and cover our roof around 2am. We were so happy and satisfied with his service that we knew he would be the only one to re do our roof. No other roofing contractor like him. Fast. Professional. Quality. Roofing at its best.

We were not sure what roof we wanted, we also had no idea what types of materials they now make in 2021. We got 3 contractors to come out and Adam just blew us away, he was extremely detailed and professional he showed us samples of metal roof, Spanish tile , concrete tile and asphalt shingles. He took his time to explain everything from A to Z. We felt very comfortable with him and we went with all his roofing recommendations. We are very happy

I found Adam online , we really loved the fact that he put his actual picture on his website. We felt that he must believe in his product and himself if he has his picture all over his website. Working with adam was such a pleasure , he is from South Africa so watch out for that accent , haha. He was polite, on time and tried really hard to make the project work for our budget. Be open and honest with him. He really is there to help you. Get it all out. Ask as many questions as possible. He loves getting technical and always made sure we were happy! Working with Adam was a great experience, we found them online and we decided we would give a small business a try ! It was very cool just to work directly with Adam we didnâ t have to be passed from department to department! When we got other quotes other bigger companies would send out many different sales reps â project managers» we did not like that ! Well done to Adam ! It was really a pleasure with with the guy! Oh and we loved that he only does roofing ! C39 as compared to other contractors who are a GENERAL B and they sub everything out to not pay workers compensation!! Be careful of other contractors posing to be roofers ! Make sure your contractor is a c-39 roofer !! Ask Adam about his extended warranty

After that one rainy day that we just experienced about 2 to 3 weeks ago we started to see leaking in our kitchen , we knew that we had a problem with the roof. So this is where it all began, we looked around and spoke to many companies most of these companies were really big and we spoke to many different people along the way. We found Adam ; he didnâ t have as many reviews like the other companies but the reviews that he had were filled with Detail and positive things. This got us very interested in hearing Adam out. Adam was professional , Adam was on time and most of all Adam kept his word! What a fantastic job, everything was done in the timeframe promised, the guys would clean up every day and his expedited permit service made sure that our roof was done within a couple of days ! we are so happy with our the job. We really wish Adam all of the best and much luck and hope this review will bring him more business from others! Recommend!

We were referred by A family contractor who uses Adam to do all his roofing projects,he came with high recommendation. He was prompt and on time to the initial meeting, he took his time to show us the different types of materials that would be used. He really made sure to explain each step of the process and we also love the fact that he Also offers an expedited permit service ,the job was literally finished in a few days. Every day we would see his amazing and polite crew walking around the garden collecting debris. Everything was clean, professional and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
