"He had a difficult job to do. Cleaned out my carport storage cabinet while on a ladder. He lifted large heavy items (exercise equipment; golf clubs; luggage; computer equipment incl a heavy printer). He sorted thru what needed to go to recycle; carried up other things (3 flights of stairs) to me. He dusted everything off before entering my home. He refused to let me help him. All of this in of 1 1/2 hrs. I will have him for everything else that needs to be done!"

"Good Guy Plumbing was able to come out to the house and provide a price quote the same day I called for a job to replace our main water line in front of our house. It had a pinhole leak. The price estimate was fair and a little less than another competing plumbing service in our area. They were able to schedule the plumbing crew to come out the very next day to do the work, and they got it all done in the time frame they promised within just that one day. The two crew members were professional, thorough, answered all our questions, and did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done. They even fixed a small, second leak they happened to see in our sprinkler pipes while they were doing the main line replacement. The new main water line has been in place for over a week now, and everything is working as it should. The only reason I gave Good Guy Plumbing an overall rating of 4.5 instead of 5 is because of a small issue that came up related to the price quoted and the final price. The price quote was based on their initial assessment that our main line should be replaced with a 3/4-inch pipe. However, once the crew dug up the old pipe, they discovered that the old main line had been 1-inch diameter, and installing a new 1-inch pipe added $200 to our final price. The crew let us know as they were starting the job that they would need a larger pipe, and that the price quote would increase by $200. Despite this issue, I think it was an honest mistake which the owner apologized for, and I would use Good Guys Plumbing again."
