"We recently had all our windows replaced, replaced 2 exterior doors and had our house and shed resided by MGS Construction. My wifeâ s coworker was having her house resided when we were seeking quotes and recommended MGS to us. We definitely made the right choice. Michael Manick responded quickly to our request and walked us through the project, explaining every detail and making some spectacular recommendations that we wouldnâ t have thought of ourselves. Everyone we dealt with on the project was willing to answer our questions and explain exactly what was being done and why. When we explained some issues weâ d had with our basement door leaking, the owner made sure to have his crew take extra measures to prevent this from happening again. The owner of the company was onsite often to check on the work being done and was available to address any concerns that arose (of which there were very few). On the first day of construction, the crews showed up early and got right to work. By the end of the first day the old siding had been removed from the house and they had the house completely wrapped and ready for the siding to be installed. Within a couple of days, all the windows (20+ replacement windows and a half moon window) and the exterior doors were done. By the end of the following week, the house had been wrapped and the new siding was installed. The crew found some rot from a previous construction project and replaced the plywood and put measures in place to make sure the issue didnâ t occur again. We had 2 crews working on our houseâ 1 crew to replace the windows and 1 to do the siding. Each crew was very professional and helpful. We had 1 very small issue that we discovered after the project had been completed and within days MGS had sent someone over to address and correct this. Our house looks fantastic, and we are very happy that we chose MGS for this project. We would highly recommend MGS to anyone looking to have work done and we will definitely look to them for any future projects that we may have."

"I want to comment on the outstanding installation service that the NEWPRO installers recently performed changing out an old bath/shower to a new complete shower installation at my home in Reading last week. Last Wednesday your installer Joe arrived on time to demo the old tub/shower for the plumber. Joe did an outstanding job completing this part of the project on time with virtually no dust or inconvenience to our normal daily routine. Unfortunately the independent plumber from Northeast Plumbing was unable to do any of the plumbing required to continue the new shower installation. Fortunately NEWPROâ s Installation Foreman Nick Hoen was able to have NEWPROâ s in-house plumber Randy come to the rescue later the same day and he worked late into the evening completing all the necessary plumbing required. Randy performed an outstanding job which allowed the remaining installation to proceed on time. On Friday morning NEWPROâ s installer Mike Giordano arrived to complete the new shower installation. Mike did an outstanding job installing our new shower installation with absolutely no problems or inconvenience to our daily routine. The final installation met all my expectations and the professionalism shown from joe, Randy and Mike was evident throughout the total process and Nick Hoen also kept me informed throughout the entire process . Great job to the entire NEWPRO team for their outstanding customer service."
