"This post is long overdue. My experience was amazing. I was desperately seeking someone to clean our couch and ottoman since my puppy was marking his territory all over it. I was sure we would not be able to get the smell out. Within minutes of submitting my question online, Mike called me and we scheduled an appointment for that week. The first round did not do the trick but Mike gladly came back out and cleaned it again and also did the rug underneath our ottoman (just in case the smell was coming from it). Overall, I am super satisfied and plan on using Mike to clean our tile and carpets."
