"My only problem was that the wood they left behind for me to further cut down to size and cure for my fireplace was in much larger sections than I expected, and that may have been miscommunication on both parts. As I thought it would be broken down far enough that a few larger pieces would need to be split and everything piled up to cure. What happened was the section were solid (entire width of the trunk) and because no one from the family was able to help I am still working on it 3 weeks later. Again, this may have been them meaning one thing and me interpreting it as another, but it is something to clarify with them when you use the service. And as complaints go this is very minor compared to the excellent work they did otherwise."
