"Beside building my cabinets for my garage, he gutted the garage, powerwashed my fence, painted my ceiling, and fixed my bedroom door. He was well mannered, on time and cleaned up when he was done. I would hire him again and again."

"Mr. Star called me back immediately and set up an estimate appointment for that same day. They gave us a great competitive price and were able to start the next day. We first hired them to Spackle new drywall we put up and gave us a reasonable price to add on primer and paint for ceiling and walls. It took a total of three days, they were prompt on their timing and very nice. They did an excellent job with everything, and little add ons were no problem. They did use a dustless sander for most of the sanding which was nice. There were some clumps of wet Spackle on our bare plywood floor that we managed to step in. But they did Spackle and paint areas we didn't even need done BC the cabinets were going over it, but it seems that they want to do the job right, which we appreciated. They even picked up a gallon of matching wall paint we needed for the walls at no charge. Very good work, great price, friendly people. We will be hiring them again for more paint work in our home."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
