He contacted us and took the time over the phone to explain (in great detail) his process for cleaning roofs. He made us feel very comfortable about the lengths he takes to preserve the surrounding property, due to the nature of the cleaning agents used. After we decided to utilize Jim’s services, he was at our house within the hour. He was done cleaning our roof in less than 2 hours and it looks absolutely beautiful.
