Initially there was a little misunderstanding as to what I was responsible for and what Dan was supplying. After some discussion the situation was worked out and he proceeded with the job. Dan was willing to make things work for both of us. He showed up on the planned date, protected everything in the space he was working, was extremely maticulous about his work and even checked with me multiple times during the project to make sure we were on the same page. He did a beautiful job and when he was done he cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know he was here. One of the situations that impressed me was that he had an emergency job during our project, asked if we would let him address it and he would be gone a few days, he handled it and returned and finished our project when he said he would. No need to worry about his quality of work."

"Dakota was hired to reinstall a doggy door into the side of our house. The door had been incorrectly installed by someone else who left us with a mess. Dakota removed the door, straightened the opening, and reinstalled the dog door. It is now straight, does not allow cold air to leak into the house, and looks professional. The outside is clean tight. He used matching window frame wood around the inside of the door, painted it, and cleaned up everywhere. All around just a beautiful job!"
