"Leone Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling my pantry this past summer. We had a mudroom entryway that had been closed off and made a makeshift pantry by prior owners. I had several other companies quote me and was so happy I went with Leone. They had fair pricing, completed the work quickly, did a fantastic job with the work, and even charged me less than the original quote because less materials were needed. Dave is a great guy and wonderful to do business with! Iâ m so pleased with the results and would recommend Dave to anyone looking to have work done on their house."

"Costs increased about 10% over estimate, work was well done and the final product was professional and well-built. Communication could have been better, the builder promised weekly meetings but that didn't happen. All in all, we were happy at the end of it all, and all questions were answered and all finishes to our satisfaction, which if you've ever worked with a contractor before, you know isn't a given. 5/5 would work with them again, the fireplace mantel and threshhold was particularly well done."

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
