Addtions Remolding
"I' m extremely pleased with the entire kitchen design and remodeling project that was performed and completed 2 weeks ago by Unique Home Design & Remodeling (Steve). The entire Unique Home Design & Remodeling staff that were involved in my remodeling were professional, honest, hardworking people and they spent a good amount of time with us before the work started in order to come up and build our truly dream kitchen. We received a skilled service and a huge assistance from the kitchen draft plan stage all the way to the completion of the work. I would recommend Unique Home Design & Remodeling and mainly Steve to anyone that is searching for a fairly priced remodeling project that involved honest and reliable people that will bring to life any project even the toughest ones."

REFINISHING, REPAIRS, FLOORING FLOORS , and 1 more
"Jesus did an outstanding job to a floor that had many deep set stains to the wood. He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. He has fair pricing and works well with the property owners who are out of state and a local realtor during every stage of the work. Here are some photos showing the finished product. I highly recommend his company."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Pleasanton Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 468 reviews of 468 pros.
