I explained my situation regarding any possible fumes left in the carpet areas to be cleaned and was advised that any fumes/odors from the job would be minimal. We established very good communications and agreed to make contact the next day before the job was started. Bruce and his son arrived well within the window of time agreed. The areas of heavy stains were treated before the actual cleaning was started. As there were several heavy items of furniture that would not be moved from the needed cleaning areas, I removed all the other furniture outside to give Bruce and his son the best possible chance at cleaning the carpet areas available.
