"Our sump pump died during a storm. Jeff responded promptly and explained the full scope of the project for a satisfactory outcome: the drainage system outside would need to be repaired along with a new spump pump. The sump pump was replaced the next day, and a temporary fix to the drainage system was affected. This project was undertaken during an extremely wet period. We had to wait for the weather to become dryer to be able to finish the drainage portion of the project . When the weather was dryer, the outdoor portion of the project was completed satisfactorily completed. Excellent work with an excellent outcome!"

"We purchased a home - an 1860's farmhouse! - where EverDry had waterproofed the basement. We chose to maintain the annual warranty - and are glad we did! The basement itself is perfectly dry - doesn't even have a hint of the usual old house (or new house...) basement smell. When we did have one issue, that turned out to be a drainage tile issue (remember - 150 yr old house.. ) EverDry came out to check that out, and even though it technically probably wasn't a warranty item, they took care of that issue as well.
