"From the very beginning when I put in an inquiry with Home Advisors to hiring and completion of the job, they remained extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous! When they came out for the initial inspection, they had to delay the time a couple times due to a previous job taking longer than anticipated, however they came across town, about an hr drive, just to fulfill a promise of inspection same day. Never once rescheduled! Upon completion of inspection, they are the only company that provided a quote of cleaning and treating the roots in the pipe rather than recommending we spend more money then needed to replace the area of pipe that had roots growing through. They were very thorough when explaining to my Husband what needed to be done and answered all questions professionally providing great explanation to anything that wasn't understood. After quote was provided, they were the ONLY company to give a follow up phone call to inquire if they could be of any assistance while we determined who we were going to hire for the job! Quote/price of work was very reasonable and the work they did was excellent!! Provided before and after pictures of the work completed which wasn't a request by us however they willing provided. Overall, we are VERY SATISFIED with the job Dr. Drain Plumbing did from start to finish and we will definitely recommend to friends/family!!!"

"Water heater broke on Sunday, made a bunch of calls around town to get it fixed, Ace was the only one that called back on Sunday and they came out early on Monday. They installed a tankless water heater and by 3 p.m. The best part was that they were be to offer to finance the job at a much lower interest rate (9%) compared to home depot (23%). Awesome customer service. πππππ"
