The first call I made was actually answered by a real person who promised that the estimator would arrive that same morning. Bill showed up at the time expected and prepared a formal proposal based on exactly what I wanted - which was basic cosmetic work. I sincerely appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me a fancier/pricier solution. On the first day of service, I expanded the scope of work to include replacement of the shower fixtures. This addition was also assessed and estimated before the work started. Sergio, who did the work, was extremely experienced, professional, and thorough. He went above and beyond the scope to polish the tiles, sink, etc. so that the work areas sparkled! He also took great care to prep the work areas with floor covering and dust protection.
