They not only came out the same day that I called, but answered all of my questions and came in with a quote that was half what a larger chain gave us. They were able to come out 3 days after, to replace our unit. They were on time, respectful of our home, and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done and how our new water heater worked. And even when literally a half hour later I called with more questions; took the time to come back over, double check everything, answer my questions, and tweak the system at no cost. "After researching for central AC replacement I found the following: Everyone out there that dose AC replacement will charge you labor cost equal to and in most cases more then the equipment itself. Look. I spend a year doing research on equipment and companies that are AC experts, this is GOD honest truth, Patrick's will get you what you need, they are experts at what they do and labor cost in my case was only $1000.00 dollars. My total price for a new Bryant 3 ton AC and Coil installed was $3300.00 When I looked up the price just for the equipment it was $4500.00 DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE, GO TO PATRICK'S"

"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
