They had to replace all of the drywall, and I learned that the builder never secured the electrical outlets on part of my wall, so Nicolas made sure that he secured the outlets prior to installing the drywall. All I can say is now I have an absolutely beautiful backsplash, impeccably installed! They were on time, cleaned up after the job was finished, and are coming back to apply a second coat of sealant in a week, all part of the quoted price, which was extremely reasonable :-). I highly recommend them!"

The owner came and assured us his men could make the repair. We were thrilled. When we had the same problem in a different room last week, again the owner came out and gave us a fair estimate. His tech is great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Once again he made the repair which normally takes 2 days, but when he saw the adhesive was not completely set on day 2, he decided the right thing to do was to come back on day 3 to complete the work.
