Starting with the initial call from Marcus, who was also the HVAC technician, I haven't encountered a company in quite a while that handled the complete process of a full home humidifier installation in such a professional manner. Marcus took the time to explain all my options and is extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC trade. During one of our initial conversations I mentioned I needed a kitchen faucet installed also. Marcus contacted their plumber and the entire crew, including Gus the owner, were at my doorstep first thing the next day, 15 minutes earlier than scheduled!
