Spoke with Jeremy at Titan and expected to have to wait a couple of days. Instead, he came out first thing that morning, assessed the nature of the malfunction, obtained the necessary parts for repair and we were back in business before it started to get hot that same day. Excellent service with full explanation of the problem and how to repair with estimate of cost before he got started. Highly recommend. We will have Titan work on our annual A/C service going forward."
