"Jeff and his crew were great! On time every day, very clean and neat work. Moved all our furniture out of the way and even moved it back when they were done. They took very good care of not making a mess by taping everything off. The finished product look fantastic! It was a pleasure working with J & S. "I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"
