There was a slight delay with a supplier, the effects of which were communicated promptly and the schedule revised. Heâ s clean and tidy with his work and pays great attention to detail. In the course of the installation of our new sliding door, Brian discovered and resolved issues left behind by the previous owner. "Jim came out the same day I called to give an estimate on installing a handrail for a set of steep curving concrete steps (7) located in the front yard. He completed the project the next day. Jim was easy to work with and conscientious, with an eye for detail. Although a smaller project, he took the time to explain different options and went over cost saving methods. I decided on wood posts, balusters, and a graspable wood handrail to match the front porch and Jim immediately got to work on the project. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
