"Vidal is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and Vidal from Varsity came to the rescue. He immediately identified the problem, educated me on how the system works and gave me tips for maintenance. He has the parts handy in his truck and was able to resolve everything in less than an hour.
