They removed her old boiler and replaced it with a new one; he even cleaned the entire surrounding area that had suffered from previous attempts to soak up the oil and/or water leakage. They ensured everything was working well. Mom has heat and hot water again and is very, very happy! Roberto even fixed the door leading from the garage into her home- WOW!
