They were able to inspect within a week. Since I make it a point to get 3 quotes, the other 2 companies that responded were also very courteous and was able to come out to inspect within 24-48 hours. Their price was competitive and their knowledge and recommendations on options were thorough and clear. I still wanted to wait until Bug Squad could inspect, to see if they were in line with my scheduling needs since i was having my roof repaired within a week thereafter.
