"Having moved into property, found hillside irrigation system in state of disrepair. Sprinklers, pop-ups, drip lines, valves, et al needed replacement/repair ... a daunting undertaking. Main water lines were damaged, water leaking, spraying directly onto windows, plants suffering ... nothing positive. Joaquin and two workers with Tree Whisperer came immediately, evaluated entire system, experienced 'up-close-and-personal' the wet conditions caused by inappropriately placed sprinkler heads, and carefully explained how to rectify. Balancing my need to be cost effective with reasonable solutions, he presented options as each stage revealed additional challenges. He was fair, spent time in presenting work-arounds, and after 5 days of uninterrupted work by 5 workers, the once-neglected 'greenery' has a 'new lease on life', (literally). Communication is key; an easy, very brief period to establish rapport, and you can pretty much let his Green Thumb, and Tree Whispering ease your mind and heal your plants."
