Construct a collection pond 730' long 24' wide at the top, 12' wide at the bottom and 10' deep. 2. The pond will be located 16' from the EASTERN BOUNDRY district drainage ditch, maintaining the ditch access road. 3. Install two 16'W 20'L culverts, each 25' from each end of the 730' long pond, through the 16' wide access road, 6" above the ditch water level at the west end, flush with ditch water at the east end. 4. Leave approximately 50' drive access at each end of the 730' eastern drainage pond for access to the ditch road. 5. Soil removed from 730' drainage pond will be spread across the property from East to West creating a constant grade of a few %.
