Mr. Trevor kept us informed throughout the project. We explained the level of need and Dead Level was able to work with our schedules and made it happen. The work him and his team completed was above and beyond. The spectrum of the project increased and they were able to adapt. Providing drywall patching to trim work and painting. "I Live in a manufactured home after 20 years the insulation ended up on the concrete slab underneath my home. Last winter my pipes froze up, the house was very cold. Hector came in and we negotiated a price and they worked their butts off cleaning out all of the old insulation, dead rats, mice, and then packing in the new batts. He even found a water leak in the master bathroom shower and would not continue until it was repaired for obvious reasons. They were always on time and kept me apprised as to what was goin on, taking pictures so that I could see what they were doing. I now have R30 rated bats. Previously I had blown in shredded paper! My floor is now warm & less creaky, I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this company."
