He first came to do an assessment to get a better sense of what the job would entail and then quoted us a fair price. The job ended up taking longer than the initially quoted time, but he held true to the quoted price. He sent us pictures at various stages to ensure we were happy with the result. "Last Saturday night heater in my house stopped working. The prospective of staying without heat over weekend and maybe more was horrifying. I called Comfort Arrows and surprisingly their dispatcher picks up the phone. She said she will send someone over. In lees then 40 minutes technician was in my house. Oleg was very knowledgeable and quickly find the defective unit. Despite all the supply stores being closed on weekends he was able to get proper part from their inventory. It took just 2 hours as problem was fixed. Incredible job by Comfort Arrows. Greatly appreciated."
