They installed Anderson windows in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms They repaired a walking shower, came up with a clever solution for an uncomfortable shower system. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

He showed up when he said he would, he did all of the work he said he would, and he did it in the same timeframe in which he estimated, which I understand also takes skill to know how long something might take. He also communicated accurately when there might be variables, he did carpentry for me as well replacing sheathing and siding on one wall as well as wall insulation after the previous owners of my home let some water damage continue. Onar did sealing, caulking, replacing trim and I am incredibly happy with all the work done. His guys were friendly and professional. Would and likely will hire him again for our next window or painting projects."
