"Arnold and his crew were extremely professional and delivered a high quality product. Arnolds crew is flexible, HONEST, considerate, very clean and showed up on time every day. Every team member on his crew has a master skill and you see the same people working on your project every day assigned to a task which utilizes their skills. Nothing gets sub out and Arnold is on site every day. They clean up the work site every night. He completed our basement project on time and work with us on every change we requested (about 30). Yes 30, and never asked for additional funds. He did everything we ask to keep us happy with the overall project and provided great ideas and suggestions. His craftsmanship is obvious when you see our basement, especially the bath room!!! Going forward Arnold is the only contractor we will use and I strongly recommend him. Thanks Arnold for great job. "BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
