Our tech Jim was very good about explaining everything that he was doing for the furnace tune up, prior to the work. I was told up front what to expect as far as cost, which seemed reasonable. He was extremely friendly and courteous, and thorough. He did a great job and reinstalled my faith as far as trusting TR Miller and I will definitely use them again.
