"Rick Mojica was very prompt at responding to my original Angi request for quotes. He called me an hour or 2 later and came over the next morning to take an inventory and measure the doors to be installed. We replaced 10 old interior doors with new 6-panel textured doors (8 solid, 2 hollow). He also installed a new track and rollers on one closet door with sliding doors. The solid doors were special order items, so it took 35 - 40 days to get the doors. We were not in a hurry. Rick kept us updated and called to schedule installation as soon as the doors came in. He arrived at our house with the doors and all of the hardware that he needed. He transferred our existing door handles to the new doors and installed all of the additional hardware that we had purchased (door stops and hooks for the back of the bathroom doors). All of the doors fit perfectly. He vacuumed and cleaned up as he went from room to room. He hung all 10 doors and the new hardware for the sliding closet doors in less than a day. Amazingly fast and efficient. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rick Mojica for any door or window work that you need. Very professional, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with."

"For anyone looking to get waterproofing done in their home: I moved into my house about two years ago and would get floods in my basement during every storm. I tried to fix it myself environmentally but failed in my attempts. I then decided to finally fix the problem and get my basement waterproofed. Being relatively new to Delaware, I put in a request to get free estimates. I had a few companies come out to look at it and narrowed my choices down. I was down to Basement Waterproofing Specialists (BWS) and Basement Gurus. The difference was the representative from Basement Gurus had a more natural approach and took the time to ask numerous questions, as the other representatives asked little to no questions. The Basement Gurus representative suggested to fix internally AND externally, plus they even added a lateral system in my basement. No other company felt to even thought of a lateral systems or external drainage, or to even ask about it. I could not speak more highly of the representative and his team at Basement Gurus, they took the time to explain every step and the process before and during the installation to keep me involved with what was going on. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of my house, they were very efficient and they *did not play games* for lack of a better word. lol The very next day we had heavy rains, which I was excited to test out my waterproofing system! During and after it rained there was not even a single drop of water in my basement or laundry room. The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold-resistant drywall. "Mike Damario and his team of roofers did an excellent job. They were "on time," and worked continuously despite hot sunny conditions. Removal of the old tile roof was difficult and messy. The house, groundwork and shrubbery were thoroughly protected. No damage was incurred anywhere during the entire job, and cleanup was continuous and thorough. Mr. Damario was attentive, but not present during the entire job. His presence was not necessary as his crew were all professionals and self-starters. If Mike was needed, he was always available by phone, and would make time to inspect the job if necessary. Although we had not requested the installation of snow guards, and they were not included in his quote, Mike judged that the slope of the roof was such that their presence was necessary, particularly with a slick metal roof. He installed them throughout at no charge. In the end, there were no extras. We paid the price as quoted. If you are looking for a "cheap" job, do not look to Preferred Home Improvements as a solution. If you want nothing but a "top drawer" roof replacement; metal or otherwise, at a fair price with professional installers who work quickly and safely, then I can highly recommend Mike Damario and his team of roofing experts. By a "fair price," I mean neither high, nor low. Mike's price was competitive, and I'm very pleased that we decided to go with Preferred for our home re-roofing solution."

I had a toilet replaced and it was installed better than the previous one. He corrected the base on the floor so I no longer have an issue with it being unbalanced from a previous installation.
