"Amazing!! We hired Jarius and his team refinish our floors and bring them back to life! He worked within our budget and was in the house in no time, which was great because we were on a time crunch! I cannot say enough good things about lakefront legacy floors! Our floors look brand new!"

"We called inquiring about a new deck with handicapped ramp capabilities. Steve came over, assessed our situation and proposed a solution. He was given the challenge, and worked within our budget to complete a very sturdy deck with a h/c ramp for future needs. After we saw his attention to detail we contracted two more projects, railings on the front steps and a stair-lift for our interior. I am a very particular customer, very exacting and I pay attention to all aspects of the project, and let the project manager know if there is a concern about the project. The professional craftsmen that worked on our projects were absolutely outstanding. It was as if they were building our projects for family."

"We reached out to Brian on a Sunday morning and he responded within 30 minutes. That initial encounter was representative of all of our dealings with him. He is responsive and professional. There was a slight delay with a supplier, the effects of which were communicated promptly and the schedule revised. Heâ s clean and tidy with his work and pays great attention to detail. In the course of the installation of our new sliding door, Brian discovered and resolved issues left behind by the previous owner. We are very pleased with the work done and will not hesitate to have Brian work his way through our list of repairs and future projects. For thumbs up from us!"

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
