Sam kept me updated as to when his serviceman was expected to arrive and AJ was quite thorough and showed me what he was doing and why, He explained the inner workings of one of the furnace's functions and explained why it was necessary. "It's always difficult to get someone who is willing to come by to fix those little annoying problems you have, but not Tom. I had 1 leaky faucet and 1 frozen faucet(due to hard water). Tom came explained what needed to be done and I hired him to fix it. Very pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up after all the work was done. I have his card now and will not have to stress when I need a good plumber in the future. No job is too small for Tom!! He will be back in New Year to install a tankless water heater."
