"We had water damage and so had to replace certain parts of the bathroom, and then decided while we are at it to do a full modernization. Paul alerted us to the fact that some of this cost would be reimbursable by our insurance carrier - and it was - resulting in several thousand dollars of savings that we otherwise would not have.
