"Kevin was my sales guy and was super responsive every step of the way. We started about two-three weeks after the contract was signed which gave us enough time to shop for our vanities, light fixtures, mirrors and other finishing touches. Century City supplied everything else. A big reason I chose this company was that they do custom showers and will make whatever size shower your heart desires. Others try to sell you on stock sizes and acrylic. They also take credit card payments which proves their legitimacy. Octavio, Andrii and Tino started on time and performed the remodel over 2 weeks and 3 days. Whenever there was a barrier to completion, the three of them worked to fix/remedy quickly. For instance my piping was above ground, and they worked to re-do everything under the flooring so that everything was hidden. There were also some obstacles that they were able to overcome. I spent the most time with Octavio and he is a hard worker, extremely professional, skilled and had a positive can do attitude. Andrii did the tile work in the shower and the piping and was a perfectionist. I had a couple minor requests at the end of the major work, and Tom (my consultant) got his guys to come back within 1-2 days to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this company and commend their professionalism and high quality work. Bravo!"

I met Phillipo and crew and I just felt at home. Their honesty, skills, and drive to fulfill my vision was exceptional. I wanted a beautiful wood stone fire place and they created just that. I also had large beams put in on my ceiling and had them paint too. I couldnâ t believe how well they did with constructing that. They were professional, caring, and worked the entire time they were at my home. Sure there were little hiccups here and there but they had wonderful communication from start to finish and always made sure to fix any small issue that arose. I love how they have a warranty and came back for touch ups later on. They keep everything so cleanly like they were never here. "We were very happy with DemoWorks. The price was fair, the work was good and the workers friendly. Initially, my husband and I hired DemoWorks to remove two small walls/doorframes and to drywall our front hall closet. This was no easy feat considering our house is 100 years old, has mostly plaster walls, and had an old exterior wall now acting as an interior wall in our home. We also wanted, what we thought were, two old, capped gas pipes removed from our living room wall. When Monfilio and Drake arrived to do our project, Monfilio immediately stated that he believed the gas pipes were actually old electrical boxes. At this point, we had several estimates from other companies on the cost of removing these gas pipes and, yet, Monfilio was literally the only person to suggest that he believed these capped pipes were actually electrical and when we opened up the wall, he was right too. Monfilio was always willing to offer advice and information about the construction of our house. You could tell he has a great passion for homes. There was a small misunderstanding and he was willing to fix it so that we were completely happy with the project. He even stayed late (unprompted) to make sure it was 100% complete before he left. Long-story short, we were so impressed with the work that they have done for us that we actually asked them to come back to remove a third doorframe, after our first project was completed. At this point, all of our projects have been completed and we are very happy with the results. It is also worth noting that all the employees that have worked with us on our projects have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be hiring them to help us with other projects around our old home."
