When they discovered flaws in the material that I had not noticed, they immediately pointed it out to me and shipped back the defective material. It was replaced by good quality material which was used. Work was excellent, workers (Chris and his team) showed by on time and were very courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up everything at the end."

"I hired Mike to install our hardwood flooring after the "Big Orange Store" took several weeks to even deliver our flooring but then said they wouldn't be able to install until around Christmas. I took it upon myself to call around locally to see if anyone could help us out. Mike really came through and was able to fit us in between projects to install our flooring just in time for Thanksgiving. Mike and his crew are efficient, punctual, thorough and are willing to work with you on budget.
