"We received quotes from 4 different people. Bo's insulation ended up being the lowest quote. They weren't trying to sell me things I didn't actually need. (I called them back after another person told me I need plastic to keep the soffits open. He told me there was already something there for keeping them open that was used back in the 80s when the house was built. No need to charge extra). They actually used fiberglass too for which other companies were trying to upcharge. I called a couple of times with questions they either answered right away or they called back almost immediately. They were ontime for both the estimate day & the install day. They were approachable & weren't at all annoyed by my many, many questions. (First time homeowner doing home projects I know nothing about) They went into the attic & were here for about an hour & a half. They worked quickly. I looked when they were done & it looked good (but i didn't know what I was looking for), so my dad came over this morning & checked up. He said it was a good depth of insulation & it was well coated all over the attic. Much improved from the no insulation we had before! Thankful for a company that does the right thing even when the homeowner doesn't know the difference! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an insulation project!"

"Working with Total Door Solutions was great. They were one of the first ones to reach out to me when I was looking for an estimate. They came and checked it out immediately. I did shop around looking for best cost and these guys were the best coming in with a veterans discount. Once he got here and let him get to work it only took about an hour for the job to be finished. Overall friendly and sound like they care which isn't something you always see that much today.
