"From start to finish a great experience! Called with no air conditioning yesterday, a Friday holiday weekend. The lady that answered the worked wonders and found tech close by that could come the next morning. I received a call the tech was going to be earlier than expected. Great news on a hot day with no air. The service was efficient and fair priced. Within a hour my unit was up and running again. The sales office followed up right after to schedule a time to look a future options since my unit is getting up there in age. No pushy sales. Professional, quality service. After talking to pro plumbing via phone from California for a repair of a busted water pipe on a rental property I have in NC, Pro Plumbing went out to the property and gave an estimate of $350.
