Comment: We are looking into creating two bedrooms, or a great room. The floor has been sealed and cracks are filled. We want to cover the floor with LVP. Already has three windows; we would like a better idea of the cost of either covering the garage doors with dry wall/insulation or replacing them with windows. It needs heating/cooling, there is central forces air in the house. There are a couple outlets but we need more.
