They ensured everything was working well. Mom has heat and hot water again and is very, very happy! Roberto even fixed the door leading from the garage into her home- WOW! Mom and I wanted to cry because of his generosity and kindness. Roberto totally went above and beyond and provided us with an overall exceptional customer service experience.
