"Had a very positive experience with Lux Renovations. Paul was their very knowledgeable sales consultant who came out to visit with us a couple of times, left samples, brought new samples when we changed our minds, and generally helped guide the process based on his experience working with other customers. For example, we imagined the basement being finished one way, and he provided some additional ideas to consider. Ultimately we liked his idea better and went with it. The work crew were amazing from start to finish. We really appreciated how they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Very polite and respectful and professional. While it's true that an Owens Corning basement may quote out more expensive than a conventional basement, you will thank yourself later for their ability to handle everything. They get the electrician on site, the plumber, anything the project requires. They also handled all the permitting, and scheduling inspectors at different stages in the renovation process. But most of all you will be thankful for the speed with which your beautiful new basement comes together."
