A new, nicer toilet wasn’t really that much more than replacing all those worn @ cracked parts in that older toilet that I didn’t like so much anyway (very low also). Thank you for submitting my name to him! He amazed me by carrying out the old, and carrying in the new toilets up and down 16 steps; by himself. Polite and never complaining!"
