"I had an emergency situation with an overflowing toilet and really needed someone to fix the problem ASAP. As a new homeowner, I didn’t have a plumber on call as this was my first issue since purchasing in 22’. I called a few companies and also put in a request here. One company came out, told me what needed to be done but something didn’t feel right. At the same time Felix (FM Plumbing & Heating) advised me as to what he thought the issue was and I got a good feeling from his conversation and guidance. I made the decision not to go with the other company and they quickly changed their tune and wanted to do what they already told me couldn’t be done….they were going to charge me an astronomical price but then dropped their price once I said ‘no thanks.’ Felix was genuine and honest from the door! He came in, did the work which was awesome and explained everything to me. My advice when you need a great plumber? Trust your instincts and trust FM Plumbing & Heating! I’m so glad I did. Thanks again Felix!!"
