    "Jim Stover contacted us right after he heard about our need and came the next day to view the project. He told us he would give us a bid by end of day and he did exactly that. Another contractor told us JMS bid was "very competitive" and we accepted it. He committed to begin as soon as we had our approvals in place. There was a bit of a delay in getting started given Covid illnesses. The project was quickly and professionally completed. Very happy with the results!"
