"Woody Stillman is a cordial man whom I felt comfortable with. He arrived promptly and was prepared even though he was just coming out to provide a quote...so I gave him the job. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and what else he also needed to additionally do (added reinforcment to the mounting), while honoring the reasonable price he originally quoted!
