It was nice to find somebody who returned my call quickly and was able to schedule me in quickly. He updated me on his arrival time which was nice since I work quite a distance from home. He found the vent problem quickly and gave me a written estimate prior to starting any work. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
