"This is, by far, one of the best businesses I ve worked with in my life! I liked almost everything! Yes, you ask almost everything? YES, I did! My one small concern. I was left with a crew that spoke minimal English. While, nothing major happened, it is disarming to spend 8-10 hours with people whom you cannot communicate and you do not know what they are saying. At one point, the owners told me the crew said they never saw so much furniture. I m not a hoarder, but have antiques and well made personal furniture. I was disheartened, because I had felt uncomfortable about the crew s ongoing communication and laughter during the day. And face it, nonverbal gestures can be very easy to read. The owners were amazing. I was pleased from the moment they came to my house to show me samples, instead of me having to go to a showroom. They were patient and kind. Did not rush my decision and worked with me to pick the best option for my home. They came back, several times, to check and answer questions. They were always available. Even 3+ months, after the job was completed, I realized that the baseboard had not been put into the bathroom, which had tile they had not put in, but was the original area where the issue to change the floors in other areas had started. They came and completed it in no tine. It was like a pleasant stopover from a couple of friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michele and Keith of Flooring International. If I had any additional flooring to do, I would call them. If someone asked, I would recommend them. Actually, I ve told a lot of friends, family, and acquaintances about my experience with them. They are marvelous, as you would care that someone you know has your best interests in mind to accomplish your flooring needs!"

"Customer service was excellent and all workers were very courteous. Work was done to my satisfaction, except the attic entrance insulation. Worker did fix it as much as possible to my satisfaction with the materials at hand. I had a small damage to the wood floors which was promptly attended to by the owner. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do insulation work."
