Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. Also new vanity and medicine cabinet were installed and the plumbing and electrical work was done by their plumber and electrian . They cleaned up after each day of work.
